Apex Flow Pulse

Get named when people ask AI who to call.

Pulse is a monthly service that runs on your website. It does three things:

  1. Your social posts, live on your website. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and more, shown automatically.
  2. A daily expert-article draft. Review the draft before it publishes on your website.
  3. An AI answer check. We ask the AI engines who to call in your town and show you if they name you.

From $59.99 a month. Cancel anytime.

See it working

This is Pulse, running on a real business.

Spiker Carpet & Tile Care cleans carpet in Galt and Lodi, California. Pulse runs on their website. Below is their actual page — live, not a screenshot. Tap it to open the real page.

What you get

Three things, running on your website every day.

Pulse is made for businesses that have a website and post on social media. You connect your accounts once, then review article drafts before they publish. Existing-page refreshes follow your plan: weekly on Core, daily on Pro, and priority scheduling on Command.

Your social posts, live on your website

Connect Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and Google Business Profile once — real OAuth logins, never a password. Whatever you post shows up on your website automatically, photos and videos included. LinkedIn connects too, showing your page while full post-reading waits on LinkedIn’s own approval.

Fresh expert articles

Pulse finds a real question your customers ask, drafts a helpful article that answers it, and puts it in your queue. You approve it and it publishes on your site, up to one a day. Google and the AI engines trust sites that keep publishing real answers.

Spiker’s page shows today’s article and the queue behind it. ↑

An AI answer check

More and more customers ask an AI “who should I call?” instead of searching Google. Pulse asks today’s major engines those same questions about your business and shows you whether you get named, including when a competitor does instead. A question an engine fails to answer is marked unmeasured, never counted against you. Getting named by AI is called AEO.

The top of Spiker’s page shows exactly what it asks and what comes back. ↑

Also included: the technical setup that lets Google and AI engines read your site (schema, llms.txt, and a robots.txt that welcomes GPTBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot), and monitoring that flags pages going stale.

Named, linked, compared honestly

The category today is four separate logins. Pulse is one.

These are real tools, doing real work for a lot of businesses. Here’s an honest read on where each one is genuinely strong, and where Pulse is built differently — including where Pulse still has ground to cover.

SEMrushSEO analytics
What it does well
The deepest keyword and rank-tracking data set in the category, built over more than a decade.
How Pulse is different
SEMrush tells you a page went stale or a competitor out-ranked you. Pulse's freshness monitor finds the same problem and drafts the fix — someone still has to open SEMrush and act on what it shows.
Where Pulse is still behind
Pulse does not have SEMrush’s keyword database or backlink index — it is not trying to replace deep SEO research, only the ongoing maintenance work.
HubSpotMarketing automation & CRM
What it does well
A mature, full CRM plus marketing automation suite used by large marketing teams.
How Pulse is different
HubSpot is a control panel a marketer operates. Pulse keeps the owned website fresh, citation-ready, and connected to the company’s public social proof.
Where Pulse is still behind
Pulse is not a CRM and does not replace HubSpot for a company that already runs a full marketing team on it.
BufferSocial scheduling
What it does well
A clean, simple interface for scheduling posts you’ve already written across multiple platforms.
How Pulse is different
Buffer schedules outbound posts. Pulse does a different job: it displays authorized social channels on the website and sends visitors to the original profiles and posts.
Where Pulse is still behind
Buffer supports more platforms for outbound scheduling today than Pulse’s connector list currently covers.
JasperAI content generation
What it does well
A strong on-demand writing tool for long-form marketing copy, at your prompt.
How Pulse is different
Jasper writes when you ask. Pulse's AEO layer watches which of your pages are stale or missing an answer for AI search engines, then drafts the refresh itself — the work starts without a prompt.
Where Pulse is still behind
Pulse does not do general-purpose long-form copywriting the way Jasper does — its drafting is scoped to answering real content gaps it detects.

Questions

Straight answers, written for humans and for the AI reading this page.

What happens daily, and what happens on the refresh schedule?

New expert articles are drafted for your review, up to one a day. A draft only publishes after you approve it. Refreshing existing pages is a separate workflow: Core has a weekly refresh cycle, Pro has a daily cycle, and Command has priority scheduling. An AI answer check reports the answers it measures; a mention or ranking is never guaranteed.

What does Apex Flow Pulse actually connect to?

Your website and your official social accounts. YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and Google Business Profile connect with a real one-click login today. LinkedIn connects too, but shows your page only — reading full posts waits on LinkedIn’s own Partner approval. Pulse never scrapes; it only reads accounts you explicitly authorize — see the live proof panel above for real, current connection state.

What is AEO, and why does it matter alongside SEO?

AEO is optimizing for AI answer engines — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and similar tools — the same way SEO optimizes for Google. Pulse publishes structured schema, an llms.txt, and a crawler-safe robots.txt, and actively checks whether real AI engines are citing your business.

Do I need to write anything myself?

No. Pulse drafts the refreshed page or the missing answer when it finds a real gap, and queues it for your approval. You are never handed a blank page.

Is my social media content re-hosted or altered?

No — Pulse mirrors your own already-published posts into your own site’s feed for display, and links back to the original post. It does not alter your content.

Can I see it working before I subscribe?

Yes. Spiker Carpet & Tile Care runs on Pulse today, and the live proof section on this page reads its real, current connection state directly from the production system — not a staged demo.

Is this billed as a subscription or a one-time purchase?

Subscription only, billed monthly, cancel anytime. Apex Flow Labs does not sell AI products as a lifetime or one-time purchase.
